What This Is
You've heard it your whole life: "Don't cry. Don't complain. Keep it inside. Be grateful." Your ancestors survived by staying silent. That saved their lives.
But silence also costs you. It turns feelings into anxiety. It turns grief into numbness. It turns shame into a voice in your head that says, "Something's wrong with me."
We're not here to fix you. We're here to help you remember what's been inside all along—and give you permission to let it breathe.
In this session, you'll learn a simple tool—the 4-4-4 breath—that becomes your permission slip. Inhale for 4. Hold for 4. Exhale for 4. On the exhale, you're speaking what was unspeakable. The sound bath holds you while you do.
What You'll Experience
Arrival: Ground yourself. Set an intention. Get permission to feel.
Sound Bath: Lie down. Breathe. Let the sounds (gong, singing bowls, voice) move through you. Your only job is to feel what you feel—without fixing it, without explaining it.
Take-Home Tool: Learn the 4-4-4 breath. Practice it once together. You'll use it all month—when shame shows up, when you need permission, when your body remembers it's safe to feel.
Who This Is For
You're Filipino, Asian, immigrant, or part of a culture where emotions are private.
You carry your family's expectations, your grandmother's grief, cultural disconnection.
You're anxious or depressed, but there's no safe language for it in your community.
You want to heal, but you don't know if therapy or wellness apps speak your language.
You've never been in a space where it was safe to just feel.
