You don't have to earn your rest.

You just have to arrive.

Lisa Gonsalves creates healing spaces for those who are used to holding everyone else.

She is the founder of Nipa Hut Wellness, where she offers deeply restorative, culturally rooted experiences through her work as a Reiki-influenced Energy Bio-Therapist, Sound Bath Practitioner, and Life Doula. Her practice is devoted to supporting people through grief, identity shifts, endings, beginnings, and the many seasons of becoming that ask us to slow down, listen inward, and heal differently.

Lisa’s calling is deeply personal. As the daughter of Filipino immigrant nurses and a former healthcare worker with more than 30 years of experience, she understands caregiving from both sides: the clinical and the soulful, the practical and the unseen. She knows the pressure of staying in constant alertness, the toll of prolonged stress on the body, and the emotional burden of always being the strong one. After moving through severe burnout herself, she became committed to creating spaces where healthcare workers, caregivers, and underserved communities can finally rest, receive, and feel human again.

Her work is grounded in a lived understanding of survival mode, generational stress, cultural disconnection, and the impact of carrying too much for too long. Through Reiki-influenced energy therapy, immersive sound, and sacred guidance, Lisa offers gentle, non-verbal pathways into restoration—helping quiet the mind, soften physical tension, and support a steadier return to self.

At the heart of Nipa Hut Wellness is a belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken but remembering what has always been within. Lisa weaves ancestral wisdom, cultural texture, intuitive care, and restorative practice to help people reconnect with the inner healer that may have been buried beneath duty, adaptation, or exhaustion. Her spaces invite harmony between body, spirit, ancestors, elders, and descendants—nurturing remembrance, resilience, and collective healing.
